My sister Cindy came to visit us with her family on this past weekend! It was so good to see her and her husband and two fun girls (or should I say young ladies!). They live in Boise, much closer than when they lived in Michigan!! But even with them living so much closer it is still hard to get together. Mike is a fabulous brother-in-law! He likes projects, and he got to do quite a few! He mowed my way too long grass and fixed our sliding screen door! Jessica and Amber (my nieces) went on mission impossible for me! They took Emily shopping, and actually found clothes she liked and fit her!!! (lets just say the past few trips Emily and I took together ended in tears!) My sister Becky came down to visit with everyone on Friday night. So on Saturday we took all the girls, older than 2, to lunch and the mall! More shopping!!! While we were having lunch together in the food court we saw one of those picture booths. Cindy had never had a picture taken like that. So Becky and I thought it would be fun to have all 6 of us girls in the pictures! Crazy!!! I don't think those booths were meant for 6 people! It was soooo fun! The pictures aren't the best, but the memories are wonderful! I love spending time with my family!!! They are such a great blessing in my life! We have our ups and downs, but they are great people and I just Love them all!!!!
That afternoon my brother Karl came over from hillsboro with 2 of his kids, Nicole and Kevin. We hung out, played games, ate homemade pizza, watched 'journey to the center of the earth' and ate kettle corn(yummmmmy)! (I don't do scary or tense movies, lets just say everyone got a good laugh at me and my screaming! But I really did enjoy the movie!) It was so fun to just hang out and enjoy everyone!
Cindy and her family left Sunday noonish, we were sad to see them go! The boys are already talking about when we can go visit them! It was a great weekend for us! We can't wait to have them visit again!
